I have spent 2 hours on phone and website trying to contact someone to discuss my online payment of account of which has been withdrawn from my bank account but has not registered on koorong account. I have had no end of trouble in this regard since website reviewed and changed a couple of months ago. I am also tired of repeated recorded messages whilst waiting for long extended times for phone response as promised by recording
